I know you can do it, because a lot of my clients are constantly on the run – driving all around town, from work events to kids sports events. I’ve got some really great easy tips for you even if you don’t have time to ‘cook healthy’ and feel like you always have to eat on the run.

And that’s exactly what usually happens!  It’s not that you’re eating ‘too much’ or ‘just getting older.’ It’s that we’re so busy all the time, we don’t even realize that slowly, over time, our body hasn’t been fed the right things. And most of us were never taught what that means!

At our first consultation, we’ll start working together to identify where some of the issues are. We’ll begin to build your customized nutrition plan, to get you feeling excited and incredible again.

It’s my goal to give you THE most amazing service, I want to make sure you feel supported in your journey to better health.  So you can count on ‘check-ins’ in between each session and an open door policy for questions and concerns – all at no additional charge.

  • Food Intolerance Testing
  • Hair Mineral Analysis (to identify mineral imbalances and heavy metal toxicity)
  • Review of blood work (lack of pathology does not mean lack of dysfunction)
  • Supplement review and recommendations

I offer several different options  and programs for you. It is my intention to educate and empower you, so that you can eventually do most of this on your own, needing less frequent sessions to check-in.

My office is conveniently located in the beautiful Pearl Women’s Center140 NW 14th Avenue Portland, OR 97209

Office hours are: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. (Thursday afternoon appointments available as needed)
